Equipment Lists

Here is a list of the equipment that a Troop 53 Scout needs for various activities at various times throughout the year. All gear for overnight campouts is to be packed in a properly-fitting, external frame backpack.
Basic Equipment List

In terms of clothing, this equipment list covers most of what any scout would need for a one-night camping trip during early Autumn and Spring.

For trips in the winter (Jan, Feb, and possibly Nov and/or Mar) the equipment on the Winter List is everything that a scout will need to be warm, dry and comfortable.
Winter Equipment List

Largely the same as the Basic List, the winter list contains important clothes and sleeping equipment essential for a weekend outing in the colder months of the year.

Required for the Delaware Canoeing campout, the Canoeing Daypack list is a list of everything a scout will need for a weekend on the water with Troop 53
